Going Home

We are so sad to have to leave the beach! It's our last day and everyone has had the best week ever!! Jesse did a great job hanging out with and taking care of all of the girls. We outnumbered him 7 to 1. Ha! I took a scary amount of pictures (of course) and can't wait to get home and post them. Printing out my blog the last couple years has been the best and easiest way for me to scrapbook so be prepared for lots of pics. :) These are just a couple from my phone.

We made it!!

We FINALLY made it to the beach!! Our trip normally takes 13 hours (14 at the most), but this time, due to rain and traffic, it took 18 hours!! Kyla, Jocelyn, Reese were perfect the whole ride. I couldn't believe it. I expected some sort of 3 year old meltdown, but they never had one at all! It was great. However, all of the adults were ready to pull their hair out. Ha! It was very stressful driving in the rain. All of our anxiety disappeared though when we finally arrived at our beautiful condo and saw the beach. We immediately ran out to see the water and were so happy! More pics to come.

Reese's 4th Grade Graduation

Today Reese graduated from 4th grade!! Jesse took her out last night to get a new outfit. They came home with a really cute dress, shoes, and necklace. I got up early to curl her hair and she was off to school looking glamourous! Reese looks so grown up in the pics I took this morning!!!! We are so proud of all her hard work this year! She is an awesome student!!!!

Kyla's First Sleepover

Kyla's cousin, Jocelyn, spent the night last night. We spent the day playing in the splash pool, eating pizza, and watching movies. Getting the girls to bed at the same time definitely was interesting. Kyla wanted to sleep in the play pen, so we put Jocelyn in Kyla's crib. Everything was pretty much good until we heard Kyla in the middle of the night (3am) yelling, "Horse! Horse! Stop it...pause...Thank you!" When we walked in we found J in the play pen with K trying to take K's horse from her. Haha! We had to separate the girls from that point on because they wanted to play. Too funny!

Beautiful Day With Beautiful Girls!

The weather today was beautiful so we spent most of the afternoon outside enjoying the nice day! Jesse put up a new fence and Reese and Kyla played together in Kyla's little play pool. Kyla LOVES "swimming" and she insisted on wearing her hat and swim shoes while outside. Although Kyla's play pool is pretty small, Reese just loves being around Kyla so she was happy to get in her swimsuit and join in the fun!
