We celebrated Christmas with my side of the family on Christmas Eve this year. We all had a great day together! It is amazing how much two little girls can entertain a group of adults. Kyla and Jocelyn loved playing with all of their new gifts. Here are some pictures of our day.

Reese is Eleven!!
Reese is ELEVEN!! To celebrate her birthday this year she had her first slumber party. Reese invited her cousins and two friends from school. She picked out her own cake and decided on all menu items. She decided on pizza, capri suns, and a tres leches cake. Everyone had a blast!
The birthday girl!

The birthday girl's younger sister copying her every move. Haha!
Friends from school.
Kyla was being super silly when we got together to sing happy birthday to Reese.
And....just as I was trying to get a picture of all the kids, Kyla caught us all off guard and dove right into the cake for a bite. She just couldn't wait any longer for a piece. Too funny!!

Lately...
Looking pretty in her Christmas dress.
Hanging out with Pa.
This picture cracks me up. It is obvious that they were attempting to play because Pa has three different toys in his hand. However, there MUST have been something amazing on TV because both Kyla and Pa are way too captivated by the television to even care about actually playing with the toys. :)
Playing with Jocelyn.
These two girls copy each other all the time. It is hilarious to see them playing together. I have no idea who laid down first, but it doesn't surprise me that they are doing the exact same thing in this picture.

Rockin Around The Christmas Tree
We decided to set up the Christmas tree after breakfast the other day. Jesse, Reese, and Kyla worked together to make the tree look great! The girls loved looking at each ornament. It actually took us a long time to finish decorating the tree because we talked about almost all of the ornaments before putting them in the perfect place on the tree. We did eventually finish and we all think that our 2011 Christmas tree looks great! :)

Must Be Santa
Kyla cuddled right up to Santa this year. She said hi and bye to him and gave her flirty smile the entire time she was around him. :)
This was after visiting Santa. Kyla was being a diva. Although she looks adorable, she was being a very bad girl and not following mommy's rules. ;) This was her walking 4 feet behind me through the mall. She was refusing to sit in the stroller and every time I forced her into it, she would somehow pull a Houdini and escape through the bottom. Kyla eventually started to lighten up when we walked through the Juniors department in Macy's. They play young dance music there and all Kyla did once we were there was put her hands in the air and say....dance, dance, dance! Haha!

Does Santa look familiar?! Kyla's teachers this year asked Jesse if he would dress up as Santa for the kiddos in her class. He, of course, said yes and was an awesome Santa. The kids loved him! Kyla didn't act like she knew Santa was her daddy, but the look on her face makes me think she had some idea. :)
