2 Months Old and Happy!

Attention ladies and gentlemen...we have a happy baby! Kyla is now 2 months old. Jesse and I can already tell that Kyla is a people person. She loves to be around people! Kyla really loves it when you make eye contact with her and talk directly to her. As soon as she looks into your eyes, she starts smiling and making a ton of cute baby noises. The best time to catch Kyla in her happy mood is first thing in the morning. She starts grinning from ear to ear after she sees that you are there to pick her up. We love it! It's been a little tough for us to catch her smiles on camera, but I think we're getting better. Here are the pictures of our happy baby!

Getting Better!

Hi there! I am happy to report that Kyla is doing much better. She is still pretty fussy, but I have noticed a slight difference in her demeanor. It's amazing how much she has changed over the last few weeks. She keeps getting bigger and is looking more and more like a "real baby." She started smiling at 6 weeks old. I know the experts say the smiles are just gas, but I really think she is smiling because she is happy and trying to talk to us. I only have video of her smiles so far, but I will work on getting some pictures. Here are some pics of the past few weeks.
