Here is a little about what Jack Henry has been up to lately.
1) He is walking 100% of the time! He can even run when he really wants to get somewhere fast.
2) Jack is clapping.
3) He loves to dance. He will hold one arm in the air and just bop up and down with a big smile on his face.
4) He says baba (bottle), mama, and dada.
5) Jack loves taking a bath. He normally takes a bath with Kyla at the end of the night. He loves to splash and play in the bubbles.
6) He climbs into the fireplace. Ha! We have had to completely block off the fireplace because he would literally climb into the rocks and dirt.
7) Jack's first sickness happened in December. Kyla got strep and the flu and then a couple days later Jack woke up with a fever. Then towards the end of January, Kyla came home from school not feeling well and about a week later Jack was sick. I took him to the doctor to find out that the poor guy had RSV. Everyone is feeling better now so I'm very thankful that all of the illness was short lived.
8) Jack LOVES to get his hands on the remote. He gets the biggest grin on his face and acts like he is so proud of himself.
9) He has recently started to eat a lot more food than he used to. He is showing an interest in eating more frequently and wants less baby food and more "regular" food.
10) Jack is still a good sippy cup drinker. He's been doing this since about 4 months so he has no problems.
11) Jesse is Jack's sleep machine. Jack rarely lays on me to take a nap; however, with Jesse, it's a whole other story. All Jesse has to do when Jack is sleepy is pick him up and cuddle with him. Jack will be sleeping like a rock in no time at all. He even follows Jesse around the house when he is sleepy just so Jesse will pick him up and cuddle with him until he falls asleep.
