Cutie Patooties!

Look at these two cutie patooties! These girls are getting so big! I love it!

Candy Girl

I took Kyla to the doctor's office because she had been feverish for a couple days. These pictures were taken with my phone while we were in the waiting room. Kyla is always making me smile. I love all of the little things that she does. She makes my heart so happy!

Here she is looking through the glass window at the bowl of candy on the counter.

Obviously, she has a passion for candy (just like her mama)! She is RUNNING back to me to tell me that there is candy in the bowl. :)

Well, let's just say she "suckered" me into letting her have candy before the appointment was over. Ha!

Katy's Graduation!

Katy graduated from the University of Arkansas on Saturday! We were so proud of her and had the best weekend. It was fun to be able to spend time together and see the campus again. After Katy graduated we went to the best pizza place EVER! I loved it and if I am ever in Fayetteville again, that will be the first place I go! The only downside to the entire weekend was that the high in Fayeteville was about 50 degrees! We were expecting warm weather and ended up wearing winter coats. Brrrrr! Kyla did not make the trip to Arkansas with mommy. It was too much of a fast turn around trip since I had to work all day on Friday. She stayed home and had a fun weekend with Jesse and his parents.

Loved by family!

I always tell Kyla that she is SOOOOO loved! So loved, that this year both my side of the family and Jesse's made a special effort to throw Kyla a birthday party. Jesse and I decided to be more low key for Kyla's 2nd birthday this year, but she ended up having a couple different celebrations anyway, so I think things ended up being about the same. We spent Easter with Jesse's family celebrating Kyla's birthday and we spent a day over Mother's Day weekend with my family celebrating Kyla's birthday. I think it is really sweet that both of our families made an effort to do something special for Kyla's 2nd birthday. Like I said....she is SO loved!

TK also made a special effort to do something for Kyla's birthday since she couldn't go to either party. What a nice Tia! She brought her home a balloon and mini cake. You can tell by the look on Kyla's face...she was thrilled with her TK!

Mothers Day 2011

I didn't take a picture on Mother's Day this year, but here are a couple pictures of me and my girls! Being a mom makes me happier than anything else in the world! I love taking care of these girls! They fill my heart with joy!
