Happy Easter!

I didn't take as many pics as I would have liked, but at least I got some so we can look back on our fun day with family.

Easter Egg Hunt

Jesse and I had everyone over for Easter this year so while Jesse was cleaning up and setting up our house, Kyla and I went to my parent's house. It was supposed to rain all day so we wanted the girls to have a chance to hunt eggs early in the morning. We loved watching Kyla and Jocelyn hunt eggs. They both had very different techniques. Kyla was all about speed and getting as many eggs in her basket as possible. Jocelyn, however, was more concerned with opening each egg and eating every single piece of candy before moving on to the next. Ha! Too cute!

Reese took a couple pictures of me playing the tick tock game with Kyla. The first picture makes me laugh because my strained smile gives away the fact that I can barely swing Kyla around anymore since she is turning into a little girl! She is not a baby or even a toddler anymore and let's face it, I am not that strong! Throwing my 2 (almost three) year old in the air is not easy! Ha!

Even though playing the tick tock game is harder than it used to be, I never get tired of playing with my Kyla. So...we will keep playing the tick tock game for as long as I can lift her up!

Happy St. Patrick's Day

I dressed Kyla in green today in honor of St. Patty's Day. It was a fun way to end the week. We have had such a great spring break together. Kyla's favorite thing to do lately is dance! I have danced more this week than I have in a long time. Any time Kyla hears music she starts pulling you toward the music and asking you to dance. Jesse, Reese and I always talk about our sweet Kyla. She is constantly making us laugh and smile. We just can't get enough of her and love her to pieces!

Kyla and Jocelyn

Kyla and I headed over to my mom's house for a visit the first weekend of spring break because Kyla and Joss hadn't seen each other in a while. Thankfully I had my phone in my hand because as soon as they saw each other they started giving each other hugs and kisses.

They are six months apart.

Mama is 31!

Jesse, Reese, and my mother in law, Anna, surprised me after work one day by throwing me a yellow birthday party! Reese knows that my favorite color is yellow so she went shopping with Anna and bought all yellow decorations and 31 yellow balloons. Jesse went to an awesome bakery and got me my favorite....carrot cake with cream cheese frosting!!! We had a great night! I feel blessed to have a family that loves me so much!
